Job summary

EnviroScience is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support environmental testing, research, and analysis in our in-house lab. You will prepare samples, conduct tests, and record data while assisting in quality control to ensure accurate, reliable results.

Work with lab managers and scientists, follow SOPs, maintain equipment, and help generate internal/external reports. This entry-level role offers exposure to diverse projects and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Entry-level with 0 years of required experience; 1–2 years preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental samples from the field for analysis per SOPs.
• Conduct routine tests (ecotoxicity, chemical analyses, biological assays).
• Record data and assist in interpreting results for reports.
• Perform quality control checks on samples, reagents, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of reagents and samples.
• Collaborate with scientists and lab staff on projects.
