Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Westborough, MA is seeking a Lab Technician to support our environmental testing laboratory. You’ll help prepare water and soil samples and follow established preparation procedures, contributing to accurate data for our clients and communities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work in a lab setting, and attention to safety and documentation. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong smells, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves provided).
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare water and soil samples prior to analysis.
• Follow established sample preparation procedures.
• Work with solvents and chemicals for sample prep.
• Maintain and update documentation and databases.
