Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Scientist to conduct hands-on analysis in our environmental testing laboratory. You will operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and related techniques to ensure the integrity of air, water, and soil data that support public health and safety.

We offer full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a compensation of $20.00 per hour. A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM field is required, along with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or STEM fields required or equivalent experience.
• Laboratory environment ability including PPE and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry methods.
• Review and interpret results from the sample analysis.
• Document procedures, observations, and results to maintain lab records.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
