Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Scientist for its environmental testing laboratory. You will perform, support, and oversee the analysis of air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods, ensuring accurate data that informs communities and ecosystems.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or STEM field.
• Willingness to be trained and work in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform, support, and oversee analysis of air, water, and soil samples.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Document procedures, observations, and results to ensure quality records.
