Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or physical science or 20 years' federal contract PM experience.
• 10+ years' EPA analytical program experience and methods experience.
• 5+ years leading an environmental analysis group with 10+ direct reports.
• Proficiency with data acquisition, instrument reporting, and LIMS.
• Experience managing budgets, client communications, and forecasting.
• US citizenship is required; EPA background check clearance needed.

• Provide technical oversight and schedule, track, and report work products.
• Collaborate on budgets and ensure financial performance.
• Supervise staff, including candidate selection and performance reviews.
