Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is hiring a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department of our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive and log shipments, unpack sample coolers, and verify paperwork to ensure accurate processing.

We train you and value curiosity, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma and excellent customer service are essential; prior lab or warehouse experience is helpful, and you will wear PPE as needed in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a preference for candidates with customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a лаборатory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer's paperwork.
