Job summary

Halff in Dallas, TX is seeking an Environmental Intern for a 10-week summer program from June 7 to August 13, 2027. The internship is paid hourly and requires full-time availability (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities include supporting environmental projects, data collection, ArcGIS/CAD/GPS data entry, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field; pursuing a master’s degree is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills across written and verbal forms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ArcGIS, CAD and/or GPS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent research, analytical, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental projects and data collection.
• Assist with data entry and analysis for GIS/CAD/GPS work.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on project tasks.
• Develop professional skills in a corporate settings.
