TRC Companies, Inc. in Liverpool, NY invites motivated Environmental Interns for Summer 2027. This paid, full‑time internship runs from June through August 2027 with potential transition to a full‑time role after graduation.

You will work under project managers and teams of engineers, scientists and technologists on field, drafting and data tasks. Requires 21+, pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or related field, min 3.0 GPA, and MS

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Pursuing Masters, Bachelors or Associate Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management; willingness to take on new tasks; some field work.
• Solid technical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• OSHA 40‑hour or 30‑hour training preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Data review, geological core reviews, environmental remediation.
• Perform engineering calculations and design assistance for government, commercial, and industrial properties as needed.

Overview

TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Environmental Interns for our Summer 2027 intern program out of our Liverpool, NY Office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2027 (flexible).

This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, light drafting, some field work to support employees including groundwater sampling.
• Data Review, geological core reviews, environmental remediation.
• Perform engineering calculations and design assistance for government, commercial, and industrial properties as needed.

• OSHA 40-hour safety or 30-hour OSHA safety training preferred but not required.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
