You will work with Project Managers and senior consultants to ensure regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and high-quality project delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, environmental studies, or a related science discipline, or equivalent experience (8+ years).
• 2-3 years (5 years preferred) of relevant environmental consulting experience and/or professional internships.
• Strong commitment to health and safety in both field and office environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and interpret technical data.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and data analysis tools.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Willingness and ability to travel as project demands require.
• Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on environmental impact assessments and sustainability‑related projects.
• Prepare plans, permits, and reports related to wetlands, stormwater, NPDES, and wastewater programs.
• Conduct environmental compliance assessments and support implementation of corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform fieldwork, including ecological field studies and site assessments.
• Deliver general environmental compliance support, including on‑site client assistance as needed.
• Compile, evaluate, and interpret environmental data; contribute to high‑quality technical report preparation.
• Execute project tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while meeting ERM’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with Partners‑in‑Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client value and project outcomes.
