Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree seeking program for the duration of the internship experience.
• Strong academic performance.
• Available to work on site 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to safely ascend/descend stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license for work-related travel.
• Must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from place of work.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available for multiple work terms preferred.
• MIN - $24.09 per hour / MAX - $43.23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Interpret and/or develop Company environmental policies and guidelines and implement conformance.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance in organizing programs and procedures, including budget inputs.
• Design and review environmental equipment/systems and determine specifications.
• Identify and investigate current environmental problems and prevent recurrences.
• Monitor environmental legislation and regulatory actions; submit required reports.
• Develop environmental information, manuals, training material and programs; conduct training.
