Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for duration of internship.
• Available to work on site 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and/or develop environmental policies and guidelines.
• Provide guidance on program implementation and budgeting inputs.
• Design/review environmental equipment specifications and estimates.
• Investigate environmental issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Stay current with environmental laws and regulations; assist with impact assessments.
• Develop training materials and inform employees of related policies.
