Job summary

Roane State Community College in Tennessee seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Environmental Health Technology in traditional, Zoom, or online formats. Courses may be offered at any Roane State Campus.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in a qualifying field or equivalent combination; professional certifications, relevant experience or publications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a qualifying field (Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Public Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Health Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering) or Master’s with 18 graduate semester hours in qualifying fields or Bachelor’s with two of the following.
• Professional certifications, Two years professional employment, Teaching excellence awards, Research or publications, Relevant additional coursework beyond Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Environmental Health Technology in traditional, ZOOM technology or online.

Education

Master’s degree in a qualifying field
