Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) System Implementation Specialist Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. You will gather EHS&S requirements, translate them into specifications, and configure, test, and rollout EHS&S software for clients.

The role involves supporting deployment, system configuration, data migration, training, and go-live activities, with travel up to 10% and a hybrid work model from a home location or Arcadis office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience configuring EHS&S software solutions (Cority/Enviance).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience across air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, or related domains.

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) System Implementation Specialist Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. This team focuses on advising and assisting our clients with deployment of enterprise EHS&S software solutions.

In this role, you will work with project teams to gather EHS&S related business requirements, translate them into written specifications and configure, test and roll out EHS&S software and tools. You will support business leaders in the successful configuration, implementation, and deployment EHS&S software tools. This could include developing specifications, system configuration, integration, system testing, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement, and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.

Role accountabilities:

• Work as part of teams that lead our clients through the lifecycle of EHS&S software configuration and deployment. This includes working with clients to understand, refine and document their needs and requirements in a design specification, supporting configuration teams, conducting system testing, creating strategies, and executing system integration and data migration plans and final system preparation for go-live.
• Serve in a configuration and deployment role for EHS software systems and tools. Provide strategic advice and direction to clients on best practices for system design and configuration. Work directly with clients when defining and confirming their specific requirements.
• Serve as a power user of collaborative technology, and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e., EHS&S software systems).

We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a team player mindset with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and client facing. This position may involve travel of up to 10% to client sites and customer meetings. This is a hybrid opportunity with ability to work remotely from a home location or from an Arcadis office location with some travel.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working within and configuring Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability EHS&S) software solutions, emphasis on Cority/Enviance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with some of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
