Foremost Farms is offering a hands-on internship program in Wisconsin designed to provide real‑world experience and meaningful projects.

Interns will work on strategic initiatives, including safety analyses, sustainability KPIs, and plant operations, with opportunities to present outcomes to executive leadership at the internship conclusion. The role is hybrid or on-site, located near Middleton, WI.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Foremost plant locations, up to 75% per week.
• Must be available to work from early June 2027 through early to mid‑August 2027.
• Based near our Middleton, WI headquarters.

• Completing LOTO inventories and labeling.
• Updating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Hazard Safety Analyses (HSAs).

Our internships are designed around real business needs and meaningful projects that align with each intern’s academic background, skills, and career interests. Depending on the role and project, interns may work on‑site or in a hybrid environment. Interns have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, tackle real‑world business challenges, and make a meaningful contribution to Foremost’s success.

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS:

As a Foremost intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on strategic, real‑world projects that may include:
