  • Support EHS efforts across laboratory and site operations while gaining foundational experience in safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with EHS, Facilities, Engineering, Laboratory, and Operations teams to strengthen a zero injury and environmental defect culture.
  • Assist with EHS program administration, field observations, documentation updates, data tracking, and corrective action follow-up.

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
  • Have earned a high school diploma or GED
  • Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Occupational Safety,Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Sustainability, Public Health, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
  • Have an interest in environmental, health and safety, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, or manufacturing/laboratory operations.
  • Bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or other data/reporting tools is a plus.

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.91 – 31.07/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
