Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead and support environmental compliance, sustainability, and workplace safety initiatives at our manufacturing facility.

The role partners with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership to drive environmental stewardship, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement. CEHS/CHMM/OSHA certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, EHS, manufacturing operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Certifications CEHS, CHMM, OSHA or related are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance activities and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain environmental permits, records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate environmental inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Monitor waste management, recycling, emissions, stormwater, and other programs.
• Support sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for environmental agencies, consultants, and providers.
• Support workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain related records and certifications.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Conduct facility inspections and safety audits; address hazards.
• Support PPE selection, inventory management, and compliance efforts.
• Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of environmental responsibility and safety.

PDM US, LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead and support our environmental compliance, sustainability, and workplace safety initiatives. This role will serve as a key resource in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while helping drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience with environmental programs, regulatory compliance, manufacturing operations, and employee engagement. This individual will partner closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership teams to support our commitment to environmental stewardship and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental Compliance & Sustainability

• Lead environmental compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain environmental permits, records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate environmental inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

• Partner with supervisors and employees to encourage engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing programs, communications, and initiatives that strengthen PDM's environmental and safety culture.
• Track key environmental and safety metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
