Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience and ability to manage public health programs, clinics or community initiatives.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in environmental health, public health, climate health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in design, development, and execution of public health programs.
• Shape program strategies based on needs assessments, research, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align programs with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute programs on time and within budget.
• Ensure effective program activities, including staffing and resource allocation.
• Identify and secure grant funding for sustainability and expansion.
