As a member of the CSRM, Construction EHS team, you will be responsible for supporting the EHS construction program and team. You will play a critical role by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across GDC and contractors to protect Google's interests.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of EHS programs and initiatives across a defined area. You will work directly with GDC partners, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades and organizations, key integrators, fabricators, and commissioning agents to improve the EHS programs and performance on our projects. You will engage in pre-qualification evaluations of potential vendors, update the project manual, and communicate EHS expectations. You'll be involved in strategic planning, risk mitigation and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for establishing and tracking a set of performance metrics, developing and implementing best practices including lessons learned regularly reporting out to stakeholders to help the organization scale efficiently.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
