Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to provide on-the-floor EHS support at our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safety observations, employee engagement, and coaching supervisors on EHS matters.

You will conduct routine floor audits, assist with incident investigations and corrective actions, and maintain EHS documentation while ensuring compliance with OSHA, LOTO, Fall Protection, and ISO management systems.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and on-floor safety practices.
• Experience with LOTO, fall protection, and ISO management systems.
• Proven ability to coach operators and supervisors on EHS matters.
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective actions.

We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment and strong working knowledge of:

• OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and machine safety.
• Fall Protection requirements and implementation.
• Dock safety, including pedestrian and powered industrial vehicle interactions.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management systems
• Emergency Response Programs, emergency preparedness, and incident management.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification methodologies.
• Incident investigation and corrective action processes.
• Employee safety engagement and behavior-based safety initiatives.
