Based at our Kirkland, Washington production facility, the Amazon Leo EHS Manager will develop, communicate, train, drive, manage, audit, improve, and measure Amazon Leo's EHS performance. This role will include developing and enhancing EHS compliance and risk management processes. Driving understanding, engagement to provide EHS performance improvement, for the Leo portfolio, influence business units leadership, and further integrate EHS into daily operations.
Based in Kirkland, WA, the EHS role will support the development and will execute Amazon Leo’s EHS compliance programs and be supported under the supervision of the Leo EHS Manager. You will support Leo’s personnel in the development, testing, and manufacture of space hardware, which will include developing and executing new programs to strengthen our programs EHS compliance and risk management processes.
This role is accountable for supporting development and implementation of environmental, health and safety programs, tools and standards in line with Leo Global EHS policies. Responsibilities include training and communication in a manner that ensures compliance to regulatory and internal standards, as well as business needs. Key to this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with all levels of the organization from leadership to individual workers to support them in determining best in class methods to achieve compliance.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
