Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting environmental investigation, remediation, and construction projects.
• Geologist-in-Training (GIT) certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for fieldwork, including coordinating meetings, documents, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Conduct fieldwork: collect soil, groundwater, and air samples; observe and document site activities.
• Support remedial system construction, operation, and maintenance; oversee subcontractors.
• Document field activities with notes, logs, and photo records.
• Assist senior staff with reports, cost estimates, and data interpretation.
