Paragon Staffing is seeking an experienced Environmental Foreman to lead a small crew on environmental and industrial job sites in New Jersey. You will supervise 3–6 technicians, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, the ability to motivate a crew, and commitment to safety and site requirements. You will work closely with customers, supervisors, and management to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience as foreman, crew leader, or supervisor preferred.
• Experience in environmental, industrial, remediation, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage and motivate a crew.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews of 3–6 employees.
• Assign daily tasks and provide clear direction to crew members.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and job briefings.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and management.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Complete basic job-site documentation and report issues.

Environmental Foreman

Paragon Staffing is seeking an experienced Environmental Foreman to lead small crews on environmental and industrial job sites.

The Environmental Foreman will be responsible for supervising a crew of approximately 3–6 technicians/laborers, coordinating daily job-site activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring all work is completed safely and according to site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews of approximately 3–6 employees

• Assign daily tasks and provide clear direction to crew members

• Ensure employees follow company and site-specific safety procedures

• Conduct or participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings

• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity

• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and Paragon Staffing management

• Assist with environmental cleanup, industrial cleaning, spill response, and general site work as needed

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment

• Complete basic job-site documentation and report issues to management

• Be prepared to work alongside the crew when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred

• Environmental, industrial, construction, remediation, or related field experience preferred

• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a crew

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must be dependable and comfortable working in a hands-on environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and emergency response assignments when required

• English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER, Confined Space, OSHA 10/30, or other environmental safety certifications are a plus

Position

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who can manage a crew, maintain safety standards, communicate effectively, and keep environmental projects moving efficiently.
