Job Requirements

1. Ensure the health and safety of the crew, customer, and site by adhering to SET safety policies and procedures, identifying, communicating, and mitigating hazards.
2. Participate actively in scheduled and emergency response projects.
3. Assist in loading equipment and supplies for project needs.
4. Exert moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
5. Work in various weather conditions.
6. Support environmental projects such as Confined Space Entry (CSE), environmental remediation, waterway response, and hazardous materials cleanup.
7. Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary.

Position Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
2. Must be over 21 years old.
3. Possess or be able to obtain 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
4. Be flexible with work schedule and available for on-call duties.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Ability to perform physical labor under the direction of crew leads.
7. Willingness to respond to out-of-town projects as needed.
8. Ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently.
9. Industry/construction experience is preferred but not required.
10. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets SET insurance requirements.
