Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Field Technician I to support environmental sampling and testing across air, soil, water and related media. Travel to customer sites, collect and test samples, and assist with field operations from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of laboratory or environmental experience preferred.
• Ability to travel with some overnight stays.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Travel to testing sites and collect environmental samples (air, soil, water).
• Perform field services and test kit completion with documentation of results.
• Prepare vehicles, instruments, and safety equipment for daily field operations.
• Complete and maintain logs, forms, and databases accurately and timely.
• Assist with research and recommendations to resolve operational or customer issues.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
