Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Field Technician to support environmental sampling across air, soil, water, and related media. You will collect, process and test samples, perform field services, and maintain documentation with safety and regulatory compliance in mind.

Travel to various sites is required, with some overnight stays possible. A valid driver’s license is required to fulfill field assignments and ensure timely sample delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting is preferred.
• Experience in related work preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and environmental testing sites and collect, process and test samples.
• Perform field services with standard environmental practices including documentation of results.
• Prepare vehicles and equipment for daily field operations and maintain logs and forms.
• Assist with troubleshooting operational, customer, or employee issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support field/environmental program reviews and vendor/customer communications.
