Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Field Services Foreman for our Bakersfield, CA office. You will lead field crews, coordinate equipment and resources, and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.

This role interfaces with clients, inspectors, and project managers to maintain high safety and quality standards. You must have leadership experience, the ability to read project plans, strong communication, and OSHA/HAZWOPER knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple field crews across environmental, excavation, demolition, remediation, and construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget; mentor crew members.
