Job summary

Hudbay is seeking an Environmental Field Supervisor to lead crews in daily outdoor mitigation projects and oversee field logistics in rugged conditions. You will ensure safety compliance and deliver accurate daily progress reports.

Reporting to the Sr. Environmental Scientist, you will coordinate supplies, plant tags, and equipment maintenance while communicating plans to the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Laborers and coordinate with Environmental Team.
• Communicate work plans to crew and ensure readiness for projects.
• Identify project needs and coordinate supplies, tags, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide verbal and written progress reports to Environmental Superintendent.
