Thomas & Hutton is seeking a Field Representative - Environmental to support land development projects in Murfreesboro, TN. You will perform construction observation for municipal infrastructure, liaise with managers and contractors, and assist with contract administration.

Qualificações

• Construction Management degree or equivalent construction field experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Training certification, or ability to complete after hire.
• Tennessee Erosion Control Inspector Level 1 Certification, or ability to obtain after hire.
• 5+ years construction observation/management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform construction observation services for municipal infrastructure projects.
• Liaise between project managers and contractors during construction.
• Assist project managers with contract administration and documentation.
• Review project conditions and resolve construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and project correspondence.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Visit sites to monitor activities and verify compliance with plans.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide updates on activities.
• Interpret construction plans to verify contractor conformance.
