Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and accessories, then package per manufacturers' specifications.
• Ensure rechargeable batteries are charged according to manufacturer specifications.
• Calibrate and/or diagnose equipment within 24 hours of return from rental.
• Communicate damages to supervisor as needed.
• Prepare equipment for new rental orders, including packing lists and calibration reports.
• Provide technical support and training to clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Perform all reasonably assigned tasks.
