Job summary

Pine Environmental Services in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Technician to maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, clean, and repair a wide variety of environmental testing and monitor equipment. You will ensure high quality, calibrated instruments are provided to our customers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and environmental standards.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a field setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Prepare equipment with accessories, calibration info, and rental paperwork.
• Respond to customer calls for technical assistance and training.
• Inspect returned equipment and label assets appropriately.
• Keep thorough records of electrical safety inspections and equipment.
• Coordinate parts, accessories, and extra rental items as needed.
• Maintain SDS Register and assist with technical/software library.
