Job summary

Pine Environmental Services in Scarborough, ME is seeking a full-time technician to maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of environmental testing equipment. You will provide calibrated instruments to customers, ensuring quality and proper paperwork for rentals.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or craft apprenticeship, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while following safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with clients; strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is completed with high quality and accuracy.
• Test, calibrate, repair and maintain equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Prepare equipment with required accessories and paperwork for rentals.
• Respond to customer calls for technical assistance and training.
• Inspect returned equipment for completeness and condition.
• Maintain SDS records and update safety documentation.
