Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. in Helena, MT is seeking an Engineering Professional to lead environmental and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedules.

You will coordinate with regulators and clients within multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects. The role requires a ABET-accredited degree, PE eligibility, strong report writing, data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience and the ability to obtain a PE license. A PE license is preferred.
• Independent proficiency in the application of their technical field.
• Ability to effectively lead a project team through design phases.
• Effective basic project management and financial skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline environmental surveys and site assessments
• Prepare and support NEPA documentation
• Participate in and/or lead stormwater planning, design, and permitting projects
• Participate and/or lead CERCLA feasibility studies, remedial investigations, and remediation design support
• Requires strong technical report writing, data analysis, and coordination with project managers and regulators
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and opportunities to build on their existing base of experience and improve their breadth of knowledge
