Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Environmental Services team in Latham, NY. You’ll work with a dynamic team of industry-leading engineers on diverse public, federal, and industrial projects, supporting analyses and design through data evaluation and documentation.

You will gain exposure to ArcGIS, CADD, Excel, and Access while assisting with fieldwork and preparing presentations that disseminate study information.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Master’s in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.

Responsibilities

• Research environmental information to support analyses and design.
• Evaluate data to determine usability in analyses and modeling.
• Develop documents and presentations to disseminate study information.
• Assist with fieldwork to collect environmental data.
