Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited University or College.
• Professional Engineer license valid in the Commonwealth of PA.
• At least 3+ years of equivalent progressive experience.
• NICET CPSWQ or other similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs PCSM reviews of NPDES permit applications per Chapter 102.
• Participate in NPDES pre-application meetings and coordinate with design engineers and applicants.
• Evaluate E&S/PCSM BMPs; assess watershed, soil, contours and runoff calculations.
