Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Hawaii is seeking an experienced engineer to create designs for water and waste water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience. Knowledge of CADD software and engineering design principles is essential. This role may require limited travel based on project demands.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required based on duties.
• Ability to create engineering designs aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates engineering designs for water and waste water treatment facilities.
• Reviews designs for compliance with regulations.
• Performs site reviews to ensure alignment with specifications.

Skills

Knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices

Knowledge of engineering principles of design

Knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline
