Bechtel invites recent graduates to join its University Hire Program as environmental engineers contributing to major infrastructure projects across the United States. You will conduct environmental studies, prepare impact reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, sustainable solutions.

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in chemical or environmental engineering, are eligible for the program, and must be willing to relocate or travel for domestic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree within 12 months of graduation or anticipate.
Eligible for the University Hire Program (typically hired within 12 months).
Willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Writing specifications for projects.
Developing processing schemes for environmental systems.
Performing equipment sizing calculations.
Conducting analysis and conceptual study‑level reports.
Estimating air emissions for projects.
Performing air dispersion modeling.
