We are seeking applicants for an Environmental Engineer in our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The International Falls facility is a White Paper Mill owned by Packaging Corporation of America.

Principle Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in the areas of optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
• Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions as vacancies occur.
• Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.

Basic Qualifications

• BS Degree in environmental engineering required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Co-op or Intern experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary range for position: $86,000 to $127,200.
• Paid Vacation.
• Paid Holidays.
