Job summary
Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Engineer to design and implement environmental solutions that support the development of new technologies and products.
The role includes conducting environmental impact assessments, monitoring, and mitigation strategies to meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong environmental principles and hands-on experience with ArcGIS, ArcMap, Python, and MATLAB, and will collaborate across functions to improve environmental performance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental principles and practices.
- Experience with environmental modeling and simulation tools such as ArcGIS and ArcMap.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement environmental solutions to support the development of new technologies and products.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop and implement environmental monitoring and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and develop recommendations to improve environmental performance and sustainability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
