Job summary

We seek candidates with a relevant bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of environmental/engineering consulting experience, including site investigation, remediation, and hazardous building materials projects.

Strong health and safety commitment is mandatory; MA certification as an Asbestos Inspector is preferred, with willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field from an accredited program.
• 2-5 years of professional experience with an environmental/engineering consulting firm.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and current refresher.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ArcGIS Pro and AutoCAD are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field from an accredited program .
• 2-5 years of professional experience with an environmental/engineering consulting firm, including a strong background in site investigation, remediation, construction, and hazardous building materials projects .
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and safe work practices mandatory.
• Preferred candidates will have certification as an Asbestos Inspector in the State of Massachusetts and/or other New England States or the willingness and qualifications to obtain the certification.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and current annual refresher
• Detailed oriented with excellent organizational, technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Experience with database software, ArcGIS Pro and AutoCAD is a plus.
