Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills. (required)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory driving record for business travel to project sites. (required)
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (provided by Geosyntec if necessary)

Responsibilities

• Soil, soil gas, indoor air, groundwater, and surface water sampling with contractor oversight.
• Vapor intrusion assessments, vapor mitigation system design, construction oversight and monitoring.
• Environmental due diligence (Phase I/II) support.
• Regulatory compliance and permitting for air, stormwater, wastewater, waste and chemical handling.
• Data analysis and preparation of maps, tables, and figures.
• Technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans and proposals preparation.
• Brownfields redevelopment work and construction oversight.
• Fast-paced client work with municipalities and private developers under tight deadlines.
• Drive to client sites using company or rental vehicles as needed.
