GEI Consultants, Inc. is looking for a mid-level Environmental Engineer/Scientist/Geologist to join their team in Plymouth Charter Township, Michigan. The role involves a mix of field and office tasks including environmental assessments, project management, and technical reporting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology, and at least 4 years of experience in environmental consulting. Qualifications
B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
EIT or P.E. is a plus.
At least 4 years of professional experience in environmental consulting.
Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
Experience with spatial analysis and visualization software is a plus.
40-hour HAZWOPER training.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Support environmental site assessments and remedial investigations.
Manage construction and coordinate with design engineers and clients.
Assist in technical report development.
Help in the development of remedial strategies.
Conduct project management tasks and budget tracking.
