Job summary

GEI Consultants, Inc. is looking for a mid-level Environmental Engineer/Scientist/Geologist to join their team in Plymouth Charter Township, Michigan. The role involves a mix of field and office tasks including environmental assessments, project management, and technical reporting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology, and at least 4 years of experience in environmental consulting. Qualifications

• B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
• EIT or P.E. is a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in environmental consulting.
• Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
• Experience with spatial analysis and visualization software is a plus.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental site assessments and remedial investigations.
• Manage construction and coordinate with design engineers and clients.
• Assist in technical report development.
• Help in the development of remedial strategies.
• Conduct project management tasks and budget tracking.
