Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Orlando, FL is seeking an Environmental Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The role offers a 70/30 split between in-office design/reporting and fieldwork, collaborating with senior engineers on environmental, civil, and geotechnical projects.

You will spend time analyzing data, supporting design, and drafting reports; and in the field gathering data and overseeing site operations. A PE license is a plus, with strong writing and communication essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
• A PE license is a plus and strong technical writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in environmental assessments, remediation efforts, and petroleum contamination assessments.
• Assist with field operations, including stormwater design evaluations and treatment system installations.
• Compile field data and draft technical reports, environmental site assessments (ASTM/NEPA), and compliance documentation.
• Participate in design support for water treatment, sanitary sewer, and stormwater conveyance projects.
