The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Engineer with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our Orlando office. You will collaborate with our seasoned professionals to execute impactful environmental, civil, and geotechnical projects. Spend approximately 70% of your time in the office conducting data analysis, design support, and report writing, and 30% of your time in the field gathering data and overseeing site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in environmental assessments, remediation efforts, and petroleum contamination assessments.
  • Assist with field operations, including stormwater design evaluations and treatment system installations.
  • Compile field data and draft technical reports, environmental site assessments (such as ASTM and NEPA), and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in design support for infrastructure projects such as water treatment systems, sanitary sewer systems, and stormwater conveyance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • Must be able to supply a technical report you wrote in college on a relevant environmental, civil, or geotechnical subject to demonstrate your technical writing proficiency.
  • Willingness and physical ability to perform fieldwork (30% field requirement).
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Compensation Benefits
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually.
