LyondellBasell is inviting an Environmental Engineer Co-op/Intern to gain hands-on experience in safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations. You will explore diverse opportunities across Environmental disciplines and interact with internal stakeholders to address environmental risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to complete two consecutive co-op terms (Summer/Fall): May - December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on environmental issues.
• Assist in understanding and complying with requirements to minimize environmental risks and support informed decision-making.
• Monitor performance, promote beneficial change, and interact with internal stakeholders to identify, quantify, and manage environmental risks.
