You'll split your time between the field and the office, working on assessment and remediation projects at industrial and brownfield sites. You'll learn directly from senior and principal-level professionals while starting to manage work and develop junior staff yourself.

What you'll be doing:
  • Designing field programs, writing work plans and protocols, and leading field teams
  • Overseeing subcontractors including drillers, equipment operators and haulers
  • Implementing remedial technologies designed by senior staff, and supporting conceptual and detailed remedial design
  • Reviewing and interpreting project data, and preparing reports with remediation recommendations
  • Managing task schedules, budgets and invoicing
  • Mentoring and training junior staff
What they're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • 4+ years in environmental consulting, with clear progression in site investigation and remediation
  • Experience designing and managing field programs, including scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor management
  • Experience implementing common remedial technologies in the field
  • Solid data evaluation and report writing skills
  • Knowledge of common technical protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Happy working outdoors in all conditions and driving between project sites
What's on offer:
  • $100,000 - $130,000 base, plus performance and profit-based bonuses
  • 401(k) profit sharing with employer match
