This will be onsite 5 days a week.**How you will do it*** Lead Environmental Engineers to ensure compliance with facility, regional, corporate, and regulatory standards through audits, inspections, and accurate recordkeeping.* Support investigations and recommend corrective actions to maintain environmental compliance and data integrity.* Develop and oversee environmental management systems in partnership with EHS Systems and Training, including training, hazard analysis, spill prevention, and regulatory preparedness.* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to integrate environmental considerations into proposed changes and capital projects.* Act as the primary technical resource for environmental compliance and continuous improvement across site and regional teams.* Monitor regulatory changes, submit required reports, and identify opportunities for emissions reduction and emerging environmental technologies.**What we look for****Required*** Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, EHS Management, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment.* Professional experience in air permitting and operations, wastewater permitting and operations, and regulatory experience in CAA, CWA, SARA, TIER II, TRI (EPCRA), NESHAP, RCRA, CERCLA, SPCC, etc.**Preferred*** Experience leading teams.* #LI-AL1 #LI-onsite**Toledo - Fully Integrated Plant** Our Toledo, Ohio fully integrated plant manufactures batteries used in automotive and marine applications.
