Job Description
- Support Environmental standard and policy implementation
- Perform proposed operational change Environmental impact assessments including direction feedback to requestor
- Develop and propose permit strategy to support proposed projects and operational changes
- Complete permit applications on behalf of manufacturing sites and/or LDS sites
- Support environmental functions related to EEMS requirements and confirm understanding by local environmental support
HM Notes
- We work with Production Engineering groups that deploy changes/ modifications/ and launches at each site. Any modifications with capital investment from client, requires an environmental assessment. Our role is to evaluate the project and check.
- We evaluate every environmental impact such as stormwater impact, wastewater impact, chemical impact, etc.
- If there is an impact, we must get a permit depending on what that it is.
- California is big on regulatory policies. Lots of monitoring on regulatory changes and making sure we can meet those compliances.

Requirements
- This activity is supporting manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites on the highly regulated west coast including California & Oregon.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Science related field (Environmental/ Biology, Chemical etc).
