Qualifications

• Five years of environmental education experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Education or similar field is required.
• Current Texas or Louisiana teaching certification required.
• Master's degree in education or science field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education programs in Shangri La Gardens, classrooms, labs, and virtually.
• Plan, develop, and implement educational programs to diverse audiences.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and manage budgets for education programs.
• Coordinate with schools and community groups to schedule programs.
• Provide leadership and supervise education staff and volunteers.
• Serve as Manager on Duty on a regular schedule.
