Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is hiring experienced CDL A drivers to travel on assigned routes, transporting and disposing of waste in a safe, compliant manner. A high school diploma or GED is required, with fluency in English preferred. You must be 21+ and able to operate a manual transmission vehicle.

Starting pay is $33.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Qualified candidates will pass a DOT physical and background check.

• Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Able to operate a Manual Transmission Vehicle
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Requirements

• TWIC Card, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsement (candidates will be expected to obtain as a condition of employment after hire) and any experience operating vac trucks, combo vehicles, and roll-offs.
• As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check.

Additional Information

Starting pay: $33.00
