Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers to join our team in North Carolina. You will travel to locations on your route, handling packing, transport, and proper disposal of waste in line with our environmental policies. The role may require up to four overnight stays per week, with paid hotel expenses and per diem.

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred endorsements include TWIC, Tanker, and Hazmat.

Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age. Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement (must be obtained if hired). As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important. The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.
